Developed entire backend to interact with MLS database and local MySQL database. Developed automated update solution to keep all records current on a 6 hour interval which checks for new, updated and expired listings. Another part of the site required a data push via FTP to an external mapping service which is also fully automated. This site was created in conjunction with a sub-contracted web designer.

Designed corporate site for product lifecycle management software vendor. The site includes many technologies brought together to combine lead capture functionality with company's CRM solution. This site is enriched with many dynamic elements in order to track and analyze traffic flow and gauge the scope of new business.

Averi Music, LLC.

(offline) Averi, Boston's hardest working rock band, received the Boston Music Award for Best Local Live Pop/Rock Band in 2005. The site, used for band communication to their fan base, generates approximately 5 million hits per year.

• Designed a full CMS for the site, allowing the band to completely manage show dates, update news and press, post blogs, and manage the online store with an integrated Paypal IPN gateway.

• Also provided band members the power to update and manage the internal calendar, rep program, mass email list, photo albums, video archives, and both internal and external message boards.

• Designed scripts for ad and banner management, home page ticker headlines, SMS venue messaging, as well as a wide variety of smaller scripts to automate site features and processes.

Silver Rock Properties

(offline) Complete real estate property search web site. Developed this site to search local MLS listings.

• Provided full database redundancy mirroring to allow queries to be made on the local hosting server in order to accommodate optimal search performance, rather than pulling the data from the busy MLS database.
