Cancellation Policy

• Upon cancellation your hosting account will be terminated meaning all your site files, email account(s) and database(s) are removed and cannot be recovered.
• For a fee I can transfer your web site to a new hosting provider or I can simply zip up your web site and send you the link for download prior to your cancellation, contact me for more information prior to cancellation
• If there are any scripts or databases attached to your current site you will need to make sure that a new web host can accommodate those features such as PHP and MySQL. If you need assistance transferring a database or making sure any new web hosting account can accommodate my services are also available.
